BloxSmith AI is a desktop application that uses artificial intelligence to help users create games for Roblox. The Application generates Lua code, assists with game design, and integrates with Roblox Studio.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Follow Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines when creating content
• Not use the Application to create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application
• Not use the Application for any illegal purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Generated Content: Code and content generated by the AI is provided for your use in creating Roblox games. You retain ownership of games you create using the Application.

Application: BloxSmith AI, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of the developer (king_davez).

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Gemini AI: For code generation (subject to Google's terms)
• Roblox: For game development (subject to Roblox's terms)
• Blender: For 3D modeling (subject to Blender's terms)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated code will work in all situations
• All features will be available at all times

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BloxSmith AI or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Age Requirements

There is no minimum age requirement to use BloxSmith AI. However, users under 13 should have parental supervision. The Application is designed to be family-friendly.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the Application and these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time for violation of these terms.
